  • UNDERSTANDING THE CLIENT ORGANIZATION With regard to existing business activities, organization structure & culture and future growth plans.
  • MAPPING POSITION SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES Including job title, deliverables, principal accountabilities, key result areas and other relevant details.
  • SEARCH TARGET PLAN Keeping in mind the orientation, our team will establish a search strategy to effectively target desired candidates.
  • INDUSTRY/COMPANY – MAPPING Developing a target list of appropriate industries from which to recruit and identify appropriate levels within those companies that we should target.
  • PEOPLE MAPPING Once the target industry list is agreed upon, we utilize our sources and networks along with our database to develop an initial candidate list.
  • SHORTLIST /EVALUATION Once we have determined a mutual interest in pursuing specific candidates, we contact them, apprise them of the opportunity and elicit their interest in the position. We evaluate them with the aim of determining a profile match with the job and understand the suitability & interest of candidates.
  • INTERVIEWS Conduct interviews, checking applicant statements against the Selection Matrix and confirming references and qualifications are valid and correct.
  • POST RECRUITMENT FOLLOW UP Once the candidate is selected, we ensure that every document is appropriate, accurate & complete for visa processing. We strictly adhere to the client’s instructions at every stage of recruitment so that the candidates go on board within the timeframe given by the client.
